President & CEO

Chao-Chiung (C.C.) Lee is a world-renowned Architect who has managed a successful architectural practice since 1983. C.C. Lee is a Feng Shui Master who has been teaching interactive workshops at Rice University since 1999 as well as many other universities around the world.

Mario Bolullo, RA

Principal Designer

Mario Bolullo has an outstanding reputation as an award-winning designer with an extensive background in designing diversified building types, mixed-use developments, and building renovations. He has designed projects throughout the United States, Canada, and Main Land China.

Marilyn Schwettman


Marilyn Schwettmann has over 40 years of comprehensive experience in Architectural Office Administration. She was a founding member of the Society of Architectural Administrators, served as United Way Coordinator, and participated in many other professional and civic activities.

Suzanne Lee, RA, LEED AP, NCARB

Principal QA/QC

With over three decades of architectural experience, Suzanne Lee leads the firm’s quality control effort to ensure the production standards of STOA’s designs are of the highest quality. Throughout her career, she has acted as both a project architect and project manager, working with clients in corporate, education, and aviation sectors.

Ramón Patiño, M. Arch

Director of Design & Production

Ramón Patiño has over 25 years of experience and has worked on projects ranging from residential housing to large corporate office buildings, and international medical facilities. His award-winning creativity has received recognition from the American Society of Interior Designers, Houston Chapter.

Victor Lee

VP of Operations

Victor Lee has assisted in the development and the implementation of various marketing strategies for STOA Architects. Victor conducts various economic feasibility studies for regional project development and acts as a liaison to other STOA offices.

Alex Lyons, M. Arch

Architectural Designer

Pursuing his passion in architecture, Alex Lyons graduated from Prairie View A&M University with a Master of Architecture. Embodying STOA’s holistic design approach, he helps the firm’s effort in multiple projects from pre-design through construction and post construction in STOA’s public and private market service sectors.

Sarah Kataka, Assoc. AIA

Project Manager / Designer

Sarah possesses the impeccable ability to translate the team’s design ideas into working Construction Documents that are used for permitting, bidding, and construction. Tasked with leading a large team of aviation planning and consultants, she is instrumental in the development of program and design strategies for the modernization of Houston Airport System's Mickey Leland International Terminal project.

Cynthia Ramirez, M. Arch

Project Manager / Designer

Pursuing her passion in architecture, Cynthia graduated from Prairie View A&M University with a Master of Architecture in 2012, having previously completed a Bachelor of Architecture at the university. Cynthia plays a critical role at STOA supporting architectural and interior design projects with a skill for both aesthetics and technical accuracy.

Victor Guerrero

Architectural Designer

With over 35 years of technical experience, Victor Guerrero brings a wealth of architectural knowledge to all the projects he is involved on at STOA. Victor has provided production design services for many building types, including convention centers, airports, government buildings, and university classroom buildings.

Chardae Jones

Assistant Project Manager

Chardae is the Assistant Project Manager for our Houston Airport System Mickey Leland International Terminal project. Chardae brings a broad skill set and experience in a number of professional arenas. Her expertise in facility management and administration is an excellent asset for coordinating project planning and scheduling within the fast-paced environment of our aviation projects.

Azeez Aleshe

Architectural Designer

Azeez utilizes his CAD and 3D modeling skills to contribute in all aspects of design and construction administration that help our clients visualize the design of their projects. Since graduating from Prairie View A&M University with a Master of Science in Architecture in 2018, Azeez has interned for Paragan Solutions, LLC and the Harris County Engineering Division.

Courtney brings a unique mix of experience and mindset to STOA, having a diverse background in B2B marketing for various industries, including AEC, manufacturing, technology, and radio. She is responsible for developing marketing strategies that drive growth and promote client retention.

ChiChung Chang, Ph.D.

Principal, Project Management

Dr. Chang has over 35 years of experience in managing and conducting engineering, construction, and planning projects for education and research institutions, local, state and federal agencies as well as Fortune 100 firms. His diversified technical background and strong management skills grant him the privilege to lead multi-discipline project teams and subcontractors to provide cost-effective solutions to our clients.
