STOA Architects provided comprehensive architectural and engineering design services for the Fort Bend Central Appraisal District office, bringing exciting changes to the workspace.
STOA’s work for the Fort Bend Central Appraisal District involved the comprehensive interior remodel of 23,850 square feet of existing office space alongside the design of a new 7,000-square-foot building addition. The renovation focused on optimizing departmental workflow efficiencies through strategic space planning, upgraded work environments, and improved operational adjacencies. The new appraisal review board facility was designed as a dedicated, purpose-built structure to support hearings, administrative functions, and public engagement. Together, the remodel and addition create a cohesive, high-performance workplace that enhances functionality while supporting the District’s long-term service delivery needs.
