The Pines at Bellaire Senior Care Facility, designed by STOA Architects, provides a welcoming and thoughtfully planned environment that combines assisted living and memory care within a warm, residential setting focused on comfort, dignity, and community.
The Pines of Bellaire project is senior managed care facility aimed at the Chinatown area. The architecture will reflect details and images familiar to the Asian senior citizen population. It is a three story, 75,000 square toot facility with supervised semi-independent living, fully staffed assisted living and a memory care wing tor dementia and Alzheimer’s patients. There will be a full service commercial kitchen tor table service dining tor the assisted living and a private dining room tor the memory care wing. Numerous flexible spaces throughout the facility will provide opportunities tor residents to have recreational, spiritual and educational programs. The property will also feature a traditional Chinese garden space.
