Description.

This STOA project strengthens and preserves a landmark residential high-rise through targeted architectural enhancements that elevate performance, longevity, and integration within Houston’s Museum District skyline.

Warwick Towers is a stunning residential high-rise condominium building located at 1111 Hermann Drive. Situated in the middle of the Museum District and close to the Houston Medical Center, it is adjacent to Hermann Park, and directly accessible from the Houston Museum of Natural Science, Houston Zoo and the Miller Outdoor Theatre. Rising 30 stories, Warwick Towers features 126 residential units. The ‘towers’ are connected by five bridges, and there is a rooftop terrace on the roof of the fifth floor parking garage with several decorative concrete patterns, shrubs and trees, a three-tiered fountain, putting green, copper-roofed gazebos, tennis court, a jogging trail and areas for barbecuing.

30 story

Residential Tower.

Warwick Tower Condos is a striking 30-story architectural composition defined by interconnected residential towers, elevated bridge links, and a sculpted rooftop terrace that integrates structure, landscape, and urban views into a cohesive design statement.
